5. Payments, Access & Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated on the sales page. Access to digital content is granted upon purchase and may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials are the intellectual property of Healing in Healthcare and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Community Conduct

If participating in group spaces or live sessions, respectful conduct and confidentiality are required. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing in Healthcare and Dr. Katie MacGregor are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in programs or use of this content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
