Clinical Care

Sports, Exercise & Musculoskeletal Medicine

Grounded in evidence, integration, and whole-person assessment.

My clinical practice is rooted in sports and musculoskeletal medicine, with a focus on injury, pain, performance, and recovery across the lifespan.

I work with athletes and active individuals, as well as people whose pain or injury impacts daily function — from acute injuries to persistent or load-related conditions.

Care begins with a thorough medical assessment and is guided by evidence, clinical reasoning, and an understanding of how biomechanics, training load, recovery, lifestyle, and nervous system states influence healing.

This is not a one-size-fits-all model.
Treatment plans are individualized, practical, and focused on function and durability
.

Areas of Care

  • Acute sports injuries

  • Overuse and load-related conditions

  • Tendinopathies and soft tissue injury

  • Joint pain

  • Return-to-play and return-to-work planning

  • Injury prevention and performance longevity

  • Women's health and female athletes

My Approach

Across all areas of practice, my work is guided by the same principles:

  • Evidence-based, clinically sound care

  • Attention to the nervous system

  • Recovery and context matter

  • Patients are treated as whole systems

Care that considers the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Where appropriate, care may include:

  • Medical diagnosis and management

  • Movement and load modification strategies

  • Rehabilitation and recovery planning

  • Lifestyle and training considerations

  • Nervous system–informed approaches to pain and healing

  • Ultrasound guided injections

The goal is not just symptom relief — but safe return to activity and long-term resilience.
