How billing works

The Healthcare Shift is a monthly membership, billed per month or yearly ( depending on the option you choose).

If you are paying monthly, your card is charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Founding members keep their rate for the life of their active membership. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll join at the current rate.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you like, from your account or by emailing [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees and no hoops to jump through. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for. After that, your membership ends and you won't be charged again.

REFUNDS

Because you get full access to the library and live sessions as soon as you're charged, payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current month.

If something looks wrong with a charge, email [email protected] before contacting your bank, and I'll sort it out with you directly.
